Earlier, CBS News had obtained photos that showed explosive devices found at the home of the two attackers.
One photo showed a yellow toy car that acted as an ignition device, CBS News reported, and another showed a duffel bag stuffed full of pipe bombs.
Investigators haven't released an official motive, but say terrorism is a possibility. Earlier, a U.S. official revealed the shooter contacted on social media extremists who were under FBI scrutiny.
