Report: Second GOP Candidate to Drop Out of 2016 Race on Same Day

Former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum is reportedly suspending his presidential campaign, making him the second GOP candidate in just one day to do so.

Santorum is expected to make the official announcement, and give his endorsement to another candidate, Wednesday night, CNN reported.

Santorum's reported decision comes just hours after Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul suspended his presidential campaign, as TheBlaze previously reported. It was not immediately clear who Santorum is planning to endorse.
