New details on exactly how Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide raise more questions

People want answers, and they deserve them
More details about exactly how Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide in jail are just raising more questions about how such a high-profile prisoner was allowed the opportunity to kill himself.
The New York Post reports that a law enforcement source revealed how Epstein was able to kill himself while in custody.
According to the report, Epstein was found hanged with a bedsheet wrapped around his neck. The other end of the sheet was tied to the top bunk bed.
Epstein was 6-foot tall, so he had to kneel toward the floor and asphyxiate himself with the bedsheet.
The 66-year-old was discovered to be unresponsive early Saturday at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan in New York City.
The stunning development led to a firestorm of conspiracy theories and speculations online and on cable news networks. Even the president chimed in on Saturday when he retweeted a video from one of his supporters implying that the Clintons were responsible for the death.
Epstein was not supposed to be alone in his cell, but he was. And guards were supposed to check in on Epstein every 30 minutes, but they left him alone for hours.
The FBI and the Department of Justice are investigating the incident. Prosecutors say the investigation into the claims by the accusers against Epstein will continue against other alleged accomplices.
U.S. Attorney General William Barr said he was "appalled" when he was informed of the suspicious suicide.
'We will get to the bottom of what happened at the MCC," Barr said in a statement, "and we will hold people accountable for this failure."
