Ilhan Omar explodes when reporter confronts her with truth about Hamas attack on Israel: 'Burned, tortured, killed their babies'

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) blew a gasket on Friday after a reporter confronted her and her far-left Democratic colleagues with the truth about Hamas' savage attack on Israel.

Five Democratic lawmakers — Omar and Reps. Cori Bush (D-Mo.), Greg Casar (D-Texas), Summer Lee (D-Pa.), and Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.) — held a press conference on Capitol Hill demanding a ceasefire in Israel and Gaza.

But the press conference turned sour when a reporter asked the lawmakers if they would support a ceasefire if America were in Israel's position. Pressley, who stood at the lectern, did not answer the question, prompting the reporter to follow up, "So is that a yes or a no?" Pressley tried to ignore the reporter, who then reminded the lawmakers of Hamas' brutality.

"I do have another question: why don't you want Israelis to go after the terrorists that burned, tortured, killed their babies and children, and still have them hostage? Why don't you want the Israelis to go after the terrorists that did that?" the reporter asked.

That's when Omar lost her cool.

"How many more killings is enough for you? Is it 1,000 more? 2,000 more? 3,000 more? How many more Palestinians would make you happy if they died?" Omar screamed.

"Will you be fine if all of the people of Gaza were gone? Would that make you happy? Would that be the thing that makes you proud?" she continued. "And maybe that's the question you should ask [Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-N.Y.)]: Is he OK? How many more Palestinian lives is he comfortable with? Because I'm not comfortable with any more."

And with that, Omar stormed off, and the press conference concluded.

The outburst came on the same day that Omar ran away from Fox News correspondent Hillary Vaughn, who asked Omar if she is OK with Hamas continuing to exist despite the terrorist group's "entire mission" being to "wipe out" Israel's existence.

Omar, however, refused to answer the question. Instead, she ran away and called Vaughn a "crazy lady."
