Gina Carano blasts ex-boss Kathleen Kennedy over wokeness after watching 'South Park' special exposing 'why Disney movies all suck now'

"South Park" unleashed its most recent special last week, and it immediately drew praise for mocking the recent Hollywood trend of recasting roles that were previously white male characters and replacing them with minorities and women. The new animated special also took aim at Disney's recent wokeness in developing entertainment content as well as slamming Lucasfilm head Kathleen Kennedy – which was applauded by actress Gina Carano.

The most recent "South Park" special is titled "South Park: Joining the Panderverse." The storyline has a main plot that Disney uses a "Pander Stone" to make movies appealing to everyone.

In the cartoon special, Kennedy's character describes the Pander Stone as "an ancient piece of artificial intelligence that could be used to make the same movies over and over again while appealing to absolutely everyone."

However, Kennedy's character feels pressure to make pandering movie franchises and abuses the Pander Stone – in turn, it opens up another dimension known as the "Panderverse."

The interdimensional portal ushers in women of color who replace the beloved "South Park" fourth-grade characters.

As Blaze News previously reported, "The 'South Park' special will mock Hollywood's attempt to score woke points by recasting roles with female and minority actors."

In reactions online, many culture influencers were impressed by the no-holds-barred "South Park" special.

Eric D. Julyfounder of Ripperverse Comics – commented on the new "South Park" special, "This new episode highlights all of the issues with modern entertainment. The hilarious part is that much of it isn’t really presented as a ‘joke.’ For the most part, they’re just funneling exactly what has happened through the South Park characters. That’s how much of a ‘joke’ it actually is. My only gripe is that they’re a tad late to the party. This episode should’ve been made 3-4 years ago. During that time, we are all gaslit and told that this wasn’t happening. Now it’s so bad that it’s undeniable."

The Critical Drinker declared, "South Park taking no prisoners with this one."

Commentator Brandon Morse proclaimed, "South Park remains the most important show on television."

Podcaster Matt Kadish noted, "So, South Park is saying what the 'toxic' fans have been saying since 2018. Better late than never, I suppose."

Donald Trump Jr. chimed in, "Hahahahaha. As always South Park doesn’t miss."

NFL player David Bakhtiari added, "Man, I love South Park. No one is safe and that’s the beauty in it."

Commentator Luke Rudkowski warned, "Protect South Park at all costs."

Actor Matthew Marsden proclaimed, "I love South Park."

The new special also caught the attention of Gina Carano – especially since the episode ridiculed Lucasfilm boss Kathleen Kennedy.

To backtrack, Carano starred in the highly successful "The Mandalorian" series before she was fired from the Disney show in February 2021.

Carano was terminated by Disney for the alleged crime of sharing a social media post that compared criticism against conservatives to the oppression that Jews faced under Nazi Germany. She had portrayed Cara Dune on the popular "Star Wars" show.

Many defended the MMA fighter turned actress for her opinions – including "The Mandolorian" star Bill Burr. Despite the pleas, Disney canned Carano over her opinion on social media.

The "South Park" special targets Kennedy, and at one point Cartman tells her of the interdimensional dilemma that she caused, "That’s actually the best explanation I’ve heard about why Disney movies all suck now." Kennedy's character admits that Disney was being "lazy" in creating pandering content.

Carano chimed in on how creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker brilliantly mocked Disney's attempt to go woke, which has only hurt the bottom line. According to a report published in June, Disney box office losses totaled nearly $900 million on its last eight studio releases.

Carano blasted Kennedy on her X social media account and claimed her former boss engages in retaliation against anyone who opposes her.

Carano claimed that Kennedy would launch a revenge mission to "have her publicist ghouls make sure Variety and Hollywood Reporter run hit pieces about the 'South Park' creators and their families smearing their names through every useful idiot she has under her thumb who would sell their soul to work for Lucasfilm, she’ll activate her online mob to repeat that the 'South Park' creators are racist, bigot, transphobes, and demand the 'South Park' creators publicly apologize by only using words she approves of and finally she’ll demand they subject themselves to a re-education course of 45 people in the LGBTQ community zoom call to sit there and listen of how badly they got their feelings hurt all over a little boop of a 'South Park' episode."

The "South Park" special airs on Paramount+.
