Jon Miller: 'How do you push someone's penis into another person's hand?'

On Monday's episode of "White House Brief," Jon discussed claims made that Brett Kavanaugh and one of his friend engaged in sexual misconduct while at a party.

Over the weekend, the New York Times published a story about Max Stier, a former Yale law student and classmate of Kavanaugh with allegations that he witnessed Kavanaugh walking around at a party drunk and with his pants down.

Stier recalled one of Kavanaugh's friends grab Kavanaugh's penis and push it into the hand of a female student.

"So is he responsible for the sexual misconduct, or is it the friend," Jon asked? "I mean, how do you push another person's penis into somebody's hand?"
