"Let him finish or I'm going to deck you!"
In a video that quickly circulated around the internet, a CBS affiliate correspondent in Chicago can be shouting down a WIND radio talk show host as he tried to ask hard-hitting questions of former White House chief of staff and current mayoral candidate Rahm Emanuel.
Now, Chicago Police say that CBS2's Jay Levine must be held responsible for threatening the radio host with physical assault and have reportedly issued a warrant for his arrest.
WIND's William Kelly wrote Friday:
This morning, I filed a police report and signed an arrest warrant against Jay Levine for assault. The Chicago police have already reviewed the video and agreed that an assault was committed.
According to a press release from Kelly's camp, police reviewed the videotaped confrontation and agreed that Levin's actions qualified as assault.
Neither Levine or CBS2 have yet to offer a comment or response to the accusations.
