Chicago Seeking a Solution for Gun Crime Crisis...From Twitter Users?

"@WhatIfChicago what if all guns had a heat activated gps that sent out a notification when the muzzle temp changed, aka fired..."

(TheBlaze/AP) -- The city of Chicago is asking residents with ideas on how to get illegal guns off the streets to share their thoughts - in 140 characters or fewer on Twitter.
