Geraldo suing hospital that allegedly messed up his foot during back surgery

Fox News anchor Geraldo Rivera, who tweeted over the summer a photo of his apparently mangled right foot, the result of what he said was a "botched" back surgery at a "prominent New York hospital":
Just finished 1st day deposition in lawsuit vs Hospital for Special Surgery so far they refuse to admit botched surgery destroyed my foot.
