Watch as Barack Obama and Joe Biden take a jog around the White House in neckties and rolled-up sleeves to show "how they move" as part of the first lady's "Let's Move" campaign:
The nation's leaders were showing off their jogging skills to honor the fourth anniversary of Let's Move, which asked others to show off how they move this week. Making sure they set a good example, after their run, the pair even stretched and chugged tall glasses of water.

"After a good workout, you gotta drink up," Obama said. "Otherwise, we're going to be in trouble with Jill and Michelle."
The initiative spearheaded by Michelle Obama encourages physical fitness in the American public, especially children. To further promote the campaign, Michelle Obama will appear on the season finale of the NBC comedy "Parks and Recreation" on April 24.
