A School, a Cemetery, a Baby's Crib: the Disturbing Spots Where Hamas Is Allegedly Launching Rockets and Storing Bombs

“We saw three rockets launched inside the school.”

Hamas’ “human shield” policy appeared to be continuing apace on Sunday, with the Israel Defense Forces posting video purporting to show the terrorist group firing rockets from a crowded neighborhood, a school building and even from a cemetery, exposing Palestinians young and old, alive and already buried, to the risk of IDF counter-strikes on rocket launchers.

First the neighborhood:

The IDF said that this video showed Palestinian militants on Sunday shooting three rockets at Israel from inside the Abu Nur school in Gaza.

Even the soldiers whose comments were recorded on the surveillance video as they watched the scene unfold seemed surprised by the location.

“Three rockets launched?” one IDF soldier asked.

“We saw three rockets launched inside the school,” said another.

The United Nations Relief Works Agency, which services Palestinians who claim refugee status, admitted twice in one week that rockets were being hidden in one of its schools.

U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon last week expressed alarm that the 20 rockets being stored in the school had gone missing.

"By doing so, those responsible are turning schools into potential military targets, and endangering the lives of innocent children, U.N. employees working in such facilities and anyone using the U.N. schools as shelter," Ban said in a statement.

The following 11 second video showed, according to the IDF, rockets being launched from a Gaza cemetery:

“A Hamas terrorist can be seen firing a rocket at Israel from within a graveyard in Gaza. Hamas has continually abused Gaza's public areas as places to launch rocket attacks at Israel,” the IDF wrote in a description of the video. “Hamas is responsible for all damage done to Gaza caused by return fire.”

The IDF continued to search the homes of suspected Hamas operatives in Gaza and published this disturbing photo which it said showed explosives it found Saturday stored next to a baby’s crib.
