Presidential candidate Donald Trump had sharp words for Fox News host Megyn Kelly Tuesday night.

Turning to Twitter, the real estate tycoon called Kelly a "lightweight" and said she is "highly overrated."
Trump also suggested Kelly "take another eleven day 'unscheduled' vacation," a reference to time Kelly took off following the first GOP debate. Fox News adamantly maintained that Kelly's vacation was pre-scheduled and had no relation to the controversy.
In August, Fox News Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes had tried to quell Trump's criticism of the network with a phone call. At the time, Ailes said he had a "blunt but cordial conversation and the air had been cleared."
In recent days, however, Trump has turned up his attacks on Fox News.
On Monday, he blasted host Bill O'Reilly for what he described as "very negative" treatment toward his campaign. The billionaire also wrote that he was "having a really hard time" watching Fox News.
A representative for Fox News was not immediately available to comment.
