Scary Video: Car Plummets Four Stories, Lands Upside-Down on Sidewalk After Crashing Through Parking Garage Barrier

Just-released video documents the moment when a driver crashed through a parking garage's concrete barrier, plummeted four stories and landed upside-down on a sidewalk in Towson, Maryland.
The driver of the Audi Q5 SUV — identified by Baltimore County Police as Lindsay Taylor Cook, 23 — was taken to a hospital but not seriously injured in the March 14 incident.
