Police hope bubbles and laughter yoga will end protests

As the University of California, Berkeley sits in unrest after weeks of protests and violence, police believe they have found a way to make peace once and for all: bubbles, noodle fights, and laughter yoga.

Allie Stuckey, the Conservative Millennial, speaks with Ben Shapiro, Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Wire, about the chaos that is California and why nobody is doing anything about it.

"If I know anything about the Antifa protesters, it's that they love bubbles," quipped Ben Shapiro, suggesting that a better solution might be to arrest perpetrators of violence. But the mayor and city council of Berkeley have asked police to stand by.

Shapiro said that if California Governor Jerry Brown doesn't step in, Congress needs to pass a law to withdraw federal funding from campuses that allow violence.

He observed that "California is basically rewriting the Constitution one city at a time, and Berkeley's leading the way."
