Citing a "high-ranking federal law enforcement official," FOX 25 in Boston produced a photo of what is believed to be the second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings. More from the report:
The official told FOX 25 the man in the white hat will be identified as suspect #2 at a 5 p.m. press conference Thursday.The picture also shows what appears to be a backpack on the ground matching the description of the bag used in the bombings.
The official tells FOX 25 another image of a first suspect will also be released at the conference.
